Common Garage Door Service
Tune-Up and Diagnostics, $45
This service will lubricate your garage door and diagnose potential repairs or hazards with your door before they happen.
Service and Repair, $95
Includes spring, opener, chain, and cable adjustments. Does not include if replacement parts are necessary. Home Owner will be notified with all possible solutions if parts are needed to finish.
Side Mount Spring Replacement, $125
Side mount springs are very dangerous and require a safety cable to make them safe for you and your home. GDS of Swfl, LLC will install the safety cables during your spring replacement at no extra cost.
Single Spring Replacement, $305
Usually for single-car garage door applications. The single spring change is when only one spring is used in the torsion cable lift application. Includes Service and Repair for Garage Door and Garage Door Opener.
Double Spring Replacement, $365
In most cases, there is only one spring broken. If your garage door uses two torsion springs but only one is broken, the other is soon to follow. We highly recommend changing both to save headache, money, and time.
Garage Door Opener Belt Replacement (Belt Drive Garage Door Openers), $149
Belts are under warranty by Liftmaster Garage Door Openers. The price reflects service and installation.
Gear and Sprocket Replacement (Chain Drive Garage Door Openers), $159
After 10 years of operation, most chain drive Garage Door Opener units’ gears or sprockets have worn out. This replacement includes service and repair.
Garage Door Overhaul Packages
Quiet Door Package, $140-$420
This package will include a diagnostics of what sounds your door is making. Most sounds come from the old Chain Drive Garage Door Opener, Steel Bearings worn out in the Rollers, and Hinges Not Lubricated or properly Installed.
Options Include:
- Replacing Garage Door Opener with a D/C drive unit, Chain, or Belt.
- Replacing old steel rollers with durable, long-lasting nylon rollers.
- Adjusting Hinges
Get another 10 years by replacing all the high cycle wear and tear parts, $260-$610
Replacing everything will cost half the price of installing a new door.
